Virtus Informatics was formed as a strategic subsidiary of Virtus Holdings in 2019. We are System Integrators who brings Innovations to the market by bridging complicated systems through centralized virtual solution, improving healthcare workflow, and making data available around healthcare professionals and individuals. Virtus Informatics implements and expands the use of analytics supporting healthcare facilities toward establishing Preventive Models of Care. We work with passion and we always have our boots on ground working closely with our clients and engaging the community in the Digital Transformation. We innovate new concepts to support cultural and organizational adoption.

Adnan Ali AlRayes
Executive Director
Adnan AlRayes utilized his engineering education and business experience to produce a modern and technical entrepreneur. Adnan graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York in the field of telecom and electronics and worked with multi- national corporations in the UAE, Armenia, Belgium, Germany, USA, and Kuwait.
Adnan has worked as a CEO for several businesses in the field of Automobile, Real estate, Information technology, Food and beverage, Construction, Hospitality, healthcare, Weapons and Media productions. He is the co-founder of several establishments in the field of Healthcare, Informatics, General trade, and Media productions. Adnan joined the firm in April 2018 and played a pivotal role as Program Manager for the Health Information Project at Amiri Hospital. Adnan is responsible for driving Digital Transformation and Population Health Management in Kuwait.
